What this role is for.
You're the reason nothing falls through the cracks. You'll organize application data, check documents, track conditions, and make sure every handoff is clean, compliant, and quick.
What you'd actually do.
- Check every application and supporting document - is it all there, and does it agree with itself?
- Build the submission package for each lender we're sending the file to.
- Track lender questions, open conditions, decisions, and what's needed to close.
- Keep the workflow data clean, and flag what's stuck before it costs us a deal.
- Work with advisors to sharpen the templates, checklists, and procedures.
Experience and qualities.
- You've worked in lending operations, underwriting support, closing, or financial administration.
- You catch the small stuff, and you're careful with sensitive business information.
- You own your process, know what to do first, and follow up in writing.
- Knowing your way around commercial funding documents helps, but we'll teach it.
